Getting Started
My name is Sandra and I am a licensed Justice of the Peace in the State of CT. While I am elected in my home town of Monroe, I am able to officiate anywhere within the State of CT.
I am sure you have many questions or maybe you're not even sure what you should be asking; that's okay! You are welcome to call or email me at anytime to discuss your ceremony or to answer any questions you may have.
I will always make myself available to answer your questions, I am happy to write a ceremony that speaks to you, brainstorm or even put you in touch with other professionals you may need.

It's extraordinarily fulfilling to be able to stand in front of two people and be able to pronounce them married.
I am a graduate of Sacred Heart University and I have worked in chiropractic healthcare for the last 20 years.
I live in Monroe with my husband, two boys, three dogs, two turtles, a bearded dragon, a bunny and several fish. When we are not working, sporting or scouting we can usually be found breaking down the latest Marvel trailer and debating whether Stan Lee is actually a Watcher. For the record, jury is still out on that one; but I'm leaning towards "no".
